The plemenometric exercises are specially designed to increase strength, speed and explosiveness, giving great variety to each strength training.

 ADJUSTABLE STEEL PLYOBOX of AXXON is an extremely heavy construction that enables each athlete to exercise at three different levels of 42, 47 & 52 cm height. In this way the training is multifaceted, characterized by a gradually increasing degree of difficulty and allows the execution of all basic types of plemenometric exercises.

The large lap surface (71 x 51cm) is lined with a special anti-slip floor similar to the floor of the cross fit gym so that each exercise can be trained with maximum safety, reducing the risk of injury. ADJUSTABLE STEEL PLYOBOX from AXXON offers wheels for easy transgfering from point to point and is suitable for both home and business use.

It weighs 27.5 kg and can withstand up to 150kg of weight.
