DISPATCH COSTS

-EXPENSES - SHIPMENTS DELIVERY TO A VEHICLE SHEET AKIS COURIER With the AKIS Courier courier company, all shipments of up to 15kg parcels are made to all Cyprus except for volumetric gymnastics. AKIS COURIER is supplied with food and accessories due to volume and weight. The delivery time is at least 10 working days

-FREE TRANSPORTATION all over CYPRUS in SPORTS AND SPORTS PRODUCTS !!

All orders for Sports Nutrition and Sports Clothes (regardless of weight) are sent for FREE.

All Orders are charged only for the 3,00 € Cash On Delivery Fee

IMPORTANT: If the deposit is in a Bank Account, there is NO EVERY cost of the Cash On Payment, ie there is NO LOOSE charge for the Carrier or the Cash On Delivery !!

ACS dispatch costs are as follows:

-Package up to 2kg = 3 €

-Package up to 3kg = 4 €

-Package up to 4kg = 5 €

-Package up to 5kg = 6 €

-Package up to 6kg = 7 €

-Package up to 7kg = 8 €

-Package up to 8kg = 9 €

-Package up to 9kg = 10 €

-Package up to 10kg = 11 €

-Package up to 11kg = 12 €

-Package up to 12kg = 13 €

-Package up to 13kg = 14 €

-Package up to 14kg = 15 €

-Package up to 15kg = 16 €

The cost of delivery is 1 €

Charging Example: If you order products totaling 2kgs of weight and want to pay for delivery, the full charge will be as follows: 3 € (transport costs) + 1 € (delivery cost) = 4 € total dispatch cost.

If you pay online using your credit card the cost of delivery will not be charged (1 €), so the total dispatch cost will be 3 €.

ACS dispatch costs for off limits territories are as follows:

-Package up to 2kg = 7 €

-Package up to 3kg = 8 €

-Package up to 4kg = 10 €

-Package up to 5kg = 11 €

-Package up to 6kg = 12 €

-Package up to 7kg = 13 €

-Package up to 8kg = 14.5 €

-Package up to 9kg = 15.5 €

-Package up to 10kg = 17 €

-Package up to 11kg = 18 €

-Package up to 12kg = 19 €

-Package up to 13kg = 21 €

-Package up to 14kg = 22 €

-Package up to 15kg = 23 €

The cost of delivery is 1 €

Charging Example for any off limits territory: If you order products totaling 2kgs of weight and want to pay for delivery, the full charge will be as follows: 7 € (transport costs) + 1 € (delivery cost) = 8 € total dispatch cost.

If you pay online using your credit card the cost of delivery will not be charged (1 €), so the total dispatch cost will be 7 €.

Important note: It is not possible to know if the area where the delivery will be made is considered by AKIS COURIER's as “off limits”. ACS’s Dispatch & Shipping Department will definitely call customers whose delivery is considered as “off limits” in order to inform them of the dispatch costs. Alternatively, customers can determine their nearest AKIS COURIER's office as a place of delivery, in order to pay lower costs.

2 DISPATCH OF TRAINING EQUIPMENT IN CITIES AND DISTRICTS WHERE A BODYBUILDING CLUB STORE IS AVAILABLE

The delivery of training equipment in districts (cities, towns etc) where a BODYBUILDING CLUB store operates is made by our company’s vehicles and the delivery time is 1-6 working days. Upon order completion, our colleagues will inform you of the actual delivery time as well as the costs of transportation. Costs for deliveries inside Attica are ranged from 10 € to 30 € depending on the final destination of delivery.

The cost of delivery to any city (outside Attica) where a BODYBUILDING CLUB store is operating, is 10 € for deliveries within the city’s limits or it may vary based on the mileage for areas outside the city’s limits. In any case, we will inform you of the transportation costs, prior to delivery.

3 DISPATCH VIA TRANSPORTATION COMPANY (agency) IN CITIES AND DISTRICTS WHERE THERE’S NO BODYBUILDING CLUB STORE AVAILABLE

The dispatch and delivery of large packages up to 15-20kg –or of any training equipment- in cities where there’s no BODYBUILDING CLUB store available, is made via a transportation company. In this case the cost of goods must be prepaid by credit card or by an “in advance” deposit to any of our bank accounts. Transport costs are paid directly to the transportation company after the package is being delivered. The transportation company can be determined either by our company or by the customer, in case he/she desires to use a specific transportation service. 

The cost of delivery is determined by the transportation company alone and it always depends on the actual volume and weight of the goods plus the distance (mileage) of the place of delivery. The delivery time inside the limits of the transportation company is 1-5 working days.

4 TRAINING EQUIPMENT/MACHINE ASSEMBLY COSTS IN CITIES WHERE A BODYBUILDING CLUB STORE IS OPERATING

All training machines, such as treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical, rowing and vibration platforms are dispatched by our company pre-assembled and ready to use, at no extra charge. Upon delivery, we can also demonstrate the equipment’s usage and operation.

All other training equipment, such as benches, multi-gyms, etc, are delivered fully packaged. In case you need a machine assembled by our technicians, the relative cost is as follows:

Benches – Small training tools = 30 €

Multi-gyms and Games = 60 €

Billiards/Pool = 80 €
